  • Strategic Client Relations (70%) – Collaborate closely with Field Sales and Technical Delivery to ensure the proposal and delivery of successful outcomes.

  • Engage with clients on-site and remotely to forge strategic partnerships and relationships by:

  • Crafting actionable strategic roadmaps for security.

  • Increasing client investment across multiple solutions in the eGroup Enabling Technologies portfolio.

  • Deepening client relationships through strategic planning and consistent follow-up, leading to increased client investment and retention.

  • Encouraging repeat and recurring business.

  • Deliver workshops/demo/POCs for security solutions to help clients understand technical viability, solution effectiveness, and facilitate decision-making.

  • Encourage the consideration and execution of Managed Security Service agreements, using Microsoft XDR solutions.

  • Position security Professional Services, including implementation and consulting for Entra, Intune, the Defender suite, Sentinel, and third-party security services.

  • Evangelize the organization’s specific security vendor solutions in social media, blogs, and conferences.

  • Provide support for the sales team to propose and close deals.

  • Outward Facing Activities (25%) – Activities in this role include the following:

  • Lead on-site and remote strategic sessions with clients, emphasizing strategic and actionable roadmaps for data center migration, modernization, networking, and security that are billable or lead to near-term billable revenue.

  • Support eGroup Enabling Technologies with marketing initiatives, such as in-market and virtual roadshows, events, webinars, and trade shows as a resident subject-matter expert.

  • Support Technical Delivery as required to ensure project delivery success and customer satisfaction.

  • Vendor Relationships (5%) – Align with the Alliances team to foster and build stronger partnerships with specific security partners:

  • Support Alliances team in vendor engagement to ensure eGroup Enabling Technologies is aligned from a technical partnership

  • Participate in regular cadence calls with vendors to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Field Sales and Technical Delivery) to ensure compliance with all vendor requirements for partnership.

  • Lead the assessment of new vendor(s) or vendor technologies/services to ensure they meet the eGroup Enabling Technologies’ current and future strategic goals.

  • Represent eGroup Enabling Technologies’ interests and capabilities by participating in Vendor programs or events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in security leadership roles, with a strong focus on communication skills to effectively engage with customer CISOs, CIOs, and SecOps directors.
  • Familiarity with the managed services value proposition and the ability to articulate the benefits to clients.
  • Extensive experience with best-of-breed and consolidated security platforms, including Microsoft's Defender suite and Sentinel.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Strong technical background in security solutions and services, with the ability to provide hands-on expertise and guidance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive successful outcomes for clients.

This Field CTO position will actively master, present, and execute the eGroup Enabling Technologies solution portfolio and Services Catalog. Providing subject-matter expertise and hands-on involvement in client and partner-facing activities, this cyber Field CTO will play a significant role in driving the following outcomes:

Company Overview

Global Information Security (GIS) is responsible for protecting bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. GIS develops the bank’s Information Security strategy and policy, manages the Information Security program, identifies and addresses vulnerabilities and operates a global security operations center that monitors, detects and responds to cybersecurity incidents. Within GIS, Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a security discipline that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times and in the right context. IAM addresses the mission-critical need to ensure appropriate access to the resources across increasingly heterogeneous technology environments, and to meet increasingly rigorous compliance requirements.

In today’s highly connected world, managing and securing human and machine identities is essential to the safety and success of our workforce. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team works within Global Information Services (GIS) and in close participation with all other Line of Business teams as well as second and third line of defense partners. Identity and Access Management is the centralized governance function for the enterprise, driving consistency through end-to-end horizontal risk oversight as well as vertical, functional capabilities that provide comprehensive subject matter expertise on all IAM systems and services.

  • Support the planning, development and delivery to improve IAM compliance through governance activities
  • Work with the Line of Business (LOB) Partners to manage identity lifecycle and access governance activities including developing, maintaining, and facilitating the socialization of IAM policy standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist subject matter experts with the coordination and response to regulatory, audit, and compliance requests. This may include the entirety of the issue lifecycle e.g., development of issues, establishing action plans and producing required evidence aligned to action steps, as well as thematic review of the issue portfolio.
  • Support automation of audit/compliance evidence gathering and metrics reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop cutting-edge IAM policies and standards that iteratively support IAM enhancements across process, data, and technology.
  • Engage and consult with all IAM capabilities to identify gaps and establish solutions to close gaps.
  • Maintain end-to-end governance processes across the IAM space with aligned controls and metrics to evaluate control effectiveness.
  • Participate in multiple forums with high level executives to communicate compliance expectations, provide strategic direction and oversight, and provide a mechanism for reviewing decisions with downstream impacts.
  • Drive partnership with Operational Risk partners on IAM related Compliance Monitoring and Testing activities.
  • Apply industry best practices, templates, and documentation while also proposing improvements.
  • Clearly articulate the reasons and methods behind proposed changes through informative materials for educating others.
  • Provide education to team members regarding the proposed changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage data and conduct data analytics, reviewing responses prior to delivery of regulatory, audit, and process responses.
  • Recommended 3-5 years’ experience implementing IAM solutions, controls, and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-53, COBIT, COSO, and/or ISO, and attack frameworks such as MITRE, as well as IAM-specific laws, rules, and regulations within the financial services sector.
  • Experience planning, researching and developing security strategies, standards, and procedures.

  • Strong technical background and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in a way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization.

  • Exceed measurable sales objectives and grow the Arista brand within two existing Arista semiconductor customers.
  • You will be responsible for utilizing a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders to address the business needs of hybrid cloud computing and siloed legacy IT systems across the Arista product portfolio including; Software-Driven Cloud Networking platforms, including High Performance Data Center, Cognitive Campus Networking including WI-FI, WAN and AI Networking platforms, in addition to the Arista Cloud Vision (Network Automation & Telemetry), Network Monitoring and NDR, and AI driven Network Identity Access security solutions.
  • Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-levels to present Arista’s value proposition.

  • Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in addition to 8+ years of technology sales experience.
  • Previous experience selling into the semiconductor industry and relationships with Intel and/or AMD required.
  • Proven track record of direct selling into target accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets
  • You possess relevant data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner or end user is a a requirement.
  • Strong rolodex and relationships within the territory
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • You possess previous selling experience and technical acumen in one or more of the following areas; Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper converged infrastructure or Cloud computing.
