About the Role

You will be part of the Graph Platform team, evolving our SaaS platform that supports a suite of enterprise applications addressing complex data analytics and enterprise problems.

  • Design and develop Securiti’s graph platform
  • Create functional specifications, architecture documents, design documents, and developer test plans
  • Coordinate the development, deployment, and testing of new features and enhancements.
  • Write reliable, secure, and scalable code
  • Perform code reviews and analysis
  • Develop tools to monitor platform performance and address urgent issues
  • Work with customer support to address issues
  • Integrate new technologies into the back-end cloud infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including graph database technologies like Neptune, Neo4j, and Elasticsearch
  • Experience in building scalable distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of multi-threaded applications
  • Professional development experience in Python and GoLang
  • Knowledge of Linux and scripting languages
  • Familiarity with one or more IaaS providers
  • Good software development practices and experience with Microservices and REST-based architectures
  • Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo/Elasticsearch) technologies
  • Understanding of platform level concerns, such as configuration management, network request routing, blue/green or canary deployments, in-service software upgrade etc
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skill
  • Understanding of continuous integration tools like Jenkins
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Good communication skills
  • High energy, teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Experience with tools like Terraform, Helm, Docker
  • Ability to work independently

  • Develop, manage, track, and report on the progress of the cybersecurity program in alignment with our adopted security frameworks.
  • Lead project management efforts for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee cybersecurity compliance management activities to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to baseline and improve the company’s cybersecurity posture.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate cybersecurity measures into operational processes and product development.
  • Oversee and manage cybersecurity solutions and services from vendors, including but not limited to any third-party cybersecurity suppliers.
  • Manage threat intelligence and protection strategies to safeguard against potential security breaches.
  • Coordinate incident response planning and execution, including the development of response strategies and communication plans.
  • Responsible for managing/retaining cybersecurity incident documentation available on request.
  • Implement and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure and enhance the cybersecurity program’s effectiveness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity trends and best practices, providing guidance and training to staff and stakeholders.
  • Committed to continuous education to stay informed on changing cybersecurity risks and needs.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
  • Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are necessary.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing cybersecurity programs.
  • Strong understanding of the NIST framework and other industry-standard cybersecurity practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

  • Responsible for computer network, systems, and information security.
  • Assess new technologies for integration into multiple enterprise systems.
  • Prepare RMF documentation for HW, SW, and facilities.
  • Assess system vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of combined experience described in the functional description.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in the design, analysis and fielding of secure system architectures, software and networks.
  • Advanced knowledge of DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Advanced knowledge of DOD cybersecurity policy or technical cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience with CISCO routers and switches. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Demonstrated work Experience with usage of Assurance Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
  • Demonstrate work experience with mitigating STIG findings and/or assistance with mitigation statements.
  • Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS).
  • Experience with Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRMAM).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
