This position will be spearheading new business opportunities within cybersecurity, helping organisations protect their digital assets and maintain compliance in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Lead generation, sales strategy execution, relationship building and sales reporting.
  • Achieving sales targets through new business acquisition activities.
  • Maximising cross-selling opportunities, and pursuing further growth opportunities wherever possible.
  • Outbound sales prospecting, sales management, market analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both customers and your colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively through all levels of an organisation and display strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity services.
  • Direct impact on the expansion and success of Dionach within the North America.

Essential requirements for the role:

  • Experience in IT Sales / New Business Sales / Presales.
  • 3 years of experience minimum in B2B sales in a technical industry.
  • Good track record of building, managing and retaining customer relationships.
  • Experience in using a sales/operations platform such as CRM, Salesforce etc.
  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Consultative and solution-focused sales approach.
  • Good analytical mind and critical thinking.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Based in North America.

Experiences and skills that would also be beneficial:

  • A genuine interest in information security.
  • Start-up mindset.
  • Experience in consultative selling techniques, ideally within cybersecurity.

Job Summary

As a Senior Cybersecurity professional, you will assist principal and expert team members on exciting new projects focused on security impacts from next-generation technologies including Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Duties include innovation support, technical project management, post-quantum cryptography, and AI risk management. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.

  • Coordinate and execute on cryptographic inventory discovery and prioritization, establish crypto upgrade processes and methods, implement crypto entropy solution and adoption plans.
  • Assess company AI implementations, review AI adoption use-cases, identify technology and implementation risks, and coordinate mitigation plans with solution owners.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholder and functions across Enterprise IT and Operations, collaborate across company and industry domain experts, perform technical project planning, aid in production of technical architecture, design, and position papers.
  • Aid in implementation of new security controls governing Quantum and AI risk.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at one of the listed locations. No relocation assistance is provided.
  • Experience with quantum computing principles and quantum-resistant cryptographic techniques.
  • Familiar with cryptographic algorithms and protocols, including post-quantum cryptography (PQC).
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications and areas of common security risk.
  • Experience in conducting cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Prior experience in projects related to AI security and quantum computing security.
  • Experience in technical proof of concepts, testing, and lab work related to cybersecurity controls and mitigations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Keen interest in staying updated with the latest advancements in quantum computing and cryptography.
  • Familiarity with technical project management
  • Requires knowledge of cybersecurity, AI, and quantum computing.

Our Senior Cybersecurity earns between $116,700 - $196,100 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with IT and cybersecurity
  • Experience as a Security Control Assessor, ISSO, ISSE, or ISSM
  • Experience performing assessment and authorization activities for Intelligence Community or DoD customers
  • HS diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience with IT and cybersecurity
  • Experience with ICD 503, CNSS, NIST requirements, processes, and controls, and control implementation
