  • Work closely and in full coordination with the DevOps team to provide follow-the-sun operational coverage in the production of our SaaS product
  • Build automated tools for cloud operations such as automated remediation of known issues, auto-scaling, etc.
  • Work with our Engineering team and influence the operability of the product
  • Work with the HQ-based DevOps team for knowledge and tools sharing
  • Write automation code and build tools to integrate multiple on-premise, private and public cloud services
  • Mentor and champion SRE culture
  • Participate in design reviews
  • Participate with SRE and Dev teams in the on-call rotation
  • You will take full end-to-end responsibility for the production environment of our SaaS product deployed on GCP
  • You will build tools for automatic remediation of known issues
  • You will develop Infrastructure-as-code which will be used to orchestrate production and dev environments
  • You will design, build, maintain, and scale production services with thousands of Kubernetes clusters
  • Onsite and Remote site data center server Break/fix
  • Troubleshooting OS, hardware, components

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience as a DevOps/SRE engineer with a passion for technology and strong motivation and responsibility for high reliability and service level
  • Ability to operate independently, make decisions, take action and take responsibility
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work and coordinate between multiple teams
  • High proficiency in scripting – Shell scripts, Python or Go preferred
  • High proficiency with Linux
  • High proficiency with containerized environments (Kubernetes and Docker)
  • Ability to grasp new technologies quickly and prioritize and multitask on multiple responsibilities
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience or equivalent military experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform operations
  • Proficiency with Prometheus and other cloud native monitoring solutions
  • Proficiency with CI/CD and Configuration Management
  • Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
  • CentOS, Ubuntu, and Windows Patching

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $126,000/yr to $203,500/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of integration solutions using SnapLogic, delivering robust, scalable integrations across diverse systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, cloud-native, and on-premise applications)
  • Collaborate with IT architects, product management, and engineering teams to develop integration strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Administer and manage the SnapLogic platform in an on-premise environment, ensuring platform stability, performance, and scalability
  • Work closely with SRE/Infrastructure teams to maintain, upgrade, and optimize SnapLogic infrastructure, ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operational teams
  • Define, implement, and govern integration standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks to ensure consistency and reliability across the organization
  • Build and scale observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks for the SnapLogic platform and broader integration environment, ensuring proactive identification of issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Act as a key driver in the exploration of new integration technologies, tools, and methodologies, with a focus on improving system interoperability, data flow, and performance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on SnapLogic, API management, and enterprise integration patterns, providing technical leadership and mentoring to other team members
  • Lead the execution of complex integration projects, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance
  • Work closely with InfoSec and other IT teams to ensure integrations meet security and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration, with at least 5 years focused on SnapLogic development, administration, and implementation in complex environments
  • Deep expertise in designing and implementing integrations across a heterogeneous IT environment, including systems such as Salesforce, SAP, other SaaS platforms, and legacy on-premise applications
  • Proficiency in SnapLogic platform administration, including management of on-premise environments, with experience in working alongside SRE/Infrastructure teams
  • Strong experience in building and scaling observability, monitoring, and alerting systems for SnapLogic and broader integration platforms, with a focus on ensuring platform health and performance
  • Proficiency in API management, service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience with data governance, data flow optimization, and troubleshooting large-scale integrations
  • Proven ability to scale and adapt quickly to new integration technologies and platforms beyond SnapLogic, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the integration domain
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of UIPath or other automation tools is a plus
  • A Master’s degree is a plus
  • Must be local in SF bay area to be onsite

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Applications leader to lead the strategic design, integration, and enhancement of our business application portfolio. This role is key to help drive our digital transformation by building a robust, scalable, and cohesive application ecosystem that aligns with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in application delivery and enterprise architecture with proven experience in executing transformational initiatives, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in computer science or information systems with MBA would be highly preferred
  • Experience: 20+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on enterprise applications; significant experience in leading transformational initiatives including Business Model Reengineering expertise.
  • Technical & Functional Expertise: Extensive knowledge of enterprise applications - ERP, CRM, HRIS, cloud platforms, API integration, and data architecture including related processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: TOGAF, Certified Enterprise Architect, PMP, or related certifications.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted transformation programs scaling companies over $1B.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
