  • Interact with the senior leadership team to determine new product roadmap, winning growth strategy, priorities, and to provide regular visibility of progress
  • Ensure depth of understanding around cost structures, mix, discounts, and overall gross margin performance
  • Build and develop a high-performing team demonstrating a ‘CFO Mindset’ while fostering a culture of growth, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking
  • Work with the leadership team, the product management team, and go-to-market leadership to develop and execute strategies to continue growth above market rate levels
  • Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their competition, and customer adoption
  • Partner with key stakeholders to socialize and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the competition to ensure Palo Alto Networks maintains its leadership position and tracks to its investor thesis
  • Closely track industry trends and adapt accordingly
  • Understand customer Hardware to Software transitions; Lead the definition of cloud pricing and licensing strategy in support of customers transitioning from on-prem business models
  • Within strategic parameters, maximize revenue by establishing margin goals for the field, developing expansion GTM motions, and improving end-user and partner discounting over time
  • Support deal desk in carrying out deal profitability analyses and optimizing deal structures
  • Work cross-functionally to manage the licensing process, reducing complexity and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent - advanced degree or equivalent military experience or qualification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of finance/managerial experience with progressing responsibilities
  • Experience leading finance for a BU.
  • History of presenting recommendations and getting buy-in from senior executives
  • Experience with SaaS and software business models
  • Exceptional presentation skills, concise and fluent in communication
  • Ability to distill complexity via a methodical and structured approach

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $241000 - $332000/YR.   • Identify and pursue high-potential accounts, collaborating closely with the field to drive GTM programs and plays, including discovery and proposal development
  • Develop and deliver scaled enablement on our Enterprise Agreements, sales process, and best practices
  • Work cross-functionally cross Product, Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops to drive Enterprise Agreement strategies and sales programs
  • Analyze data to develop strategies and recommendations, and build compelling presentations for various audiences, including executive leadership
  • Drive predictable forecasting, measure success, and report on performance

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or equivalent experience
  • Sales / Sales Support - Experience working directly with customers and collaborating with sales teams to create proposals and negotiate
  • Leadership - Proven experience in influencing sales teams and managing projects
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy - Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for SaaS solutions, including market analysis, product positioning, and customer engagement
  • Excellent Communication - Ability to convey security and commercial concepts to both internal and external stakeholders, and ability to deliver exec-level messages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred 3+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy / “bizops” functions or GTM programs
  • Preferred 3+ years experience in SaaS, B2B technology and/or cybersecurity

  • Respond to user-reported issues in adherence to established Service Level Agreements
  • Triage customer reported issues and respond to them via ticketing system, phone or remote sessions
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting at the application level and OS level, using your knowledge and relevant expertise
  • Identify the area of fault (code, environment, or configuration) and work with the appropriate team(s) implementing the fix
  • Provide timely feedback into the development process on customer-reported product problems
  • Document actions to effectively communicate information internally and to customers
  • Facilitate root cause investigations and manage the implementation of corrective and preventative measures

Required Qualifications

  • BS/MS engineering, equivalent technical degree or equivalent military experience, or relevant experience required
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in network or security products
  • Able to troubleshoot and be a problem solver with analytical proficiency in Linux
  • Strong hands on scripting skills - Javascript OR Python OR Powershell
  • Intermediate knowledge of REST API or similar
  • Must have knowledge on Security Technologies - Firewalls, Endpoint prevention, SIEM, Vulnerability management tools
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in at least one customer-facing technical support position as Senior Support Engineer or as Escalations Engineer in Cybersecurity

Preferred Qualifications

  • SOAR platform experience a plus - writing new and expanding new playbooks using automation and scripting tools
  • Excitement for working with automation tools
  • SOC experience

XSOAR is a Security Orchestration, Automation and Response family of products that were formerly developed by Demisto (acquired in 2019). XSOAR is a comprehensive Security Operations Platform that combines full case management, intelligent automation, and collaborative investigation. During 2020 we added a new module to the platform - Threat Intelligence Management, as we continue to lead the market of SOAR with innovation. Our teams focus on innovating the most advanced SOAR platform, on adding more integrations to 3rd party products, covering more use cases and more automations as well as expanding the threat intelligence capabilities of XSOAR.
