The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the success of our enterprise SaaS customers. This includes onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and ensuring that they are getting the most out of our product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS industry and a passion for helping customers succeed.

  • Aligned to Securiti’s top Enterprise customers across North America
  • Responsible for the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to our product and support processes
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting issues, providing training, and answering questions
  • Work with customers to identify and implement solutions to their business challenges
  • Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Identify and close expand opportunities aligning Securiti’s solutions
  • Ensure we exceed customer expectations throughout the customer journey leading to highest possible rate of retention and renewal

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related role
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field

About the Position

The ideal Email Developer candidate has extensive experience coding HTML based emails and some experience

doing so within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position will be part of a team that executes for a customer in a

regulated industry where accuracy is the primary objective (over speed). This position will be part of a core team

that expands rapidly within the next 12 months to meet anticipated customer capacity.

  • Review and slice customer provided graphic design files (i.e. PSD, images, etc).
  • Hand code HTML and CSS for emails ensuring it is cross browser\client compatible.
  • Develop responsive and mobile-first emails.
  • Develop dynamic content by utilizing AMPScript and/or SSJS.
  • Develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud email templates and content blocks for use within emails.
  • Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform features and capabilities.
  • Assist with developing best practices and processes that the entire team will follow.
  • Assist with the training and onboarding of junior team members as the team expands.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience developing emails in HTML

Preferred

  • 1+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Responsible for the direction of very large projects with complex components, ensuring integration, coordination, timing and consistency of process throughout the program/project lifecycle.
  • Directs risk planning, analysis, response and control on a scheduled basis across all phases of the projects.
