  • Steward of Employee Relations data integrity
  • Triage Employee Relations cases, ensure all employee questions and concerns get addressed
  • Draft confidential separation agreements and execute involuntary termination transactions, partnering with Legal to draft additional disclosures as necessary
  • Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure a positive offboarding experience which includes but not limited to the handling of benefit continuation, severance pay and asset return inquiries
  • Monitor involuntary terminations via Workday to ensure timely processing of final pay
  • Lead efficient transfer of Employee Relations Operations work to HR Operations team, supporting with enablement as needed
  • Educate, coach and guide leaders on our performance management and elevation efforts, while ensuring adherence to our philosophy and values. Provide leaders with appropriate advice to elevate performance and capability across their teams and respective organizations
  • Support Employee Relations Partners with workforce change initiatives ensuring that communication is effective, risk is mitigated, and that leaders and employees are supported through the process
  • Conduct in-takes on employee relations matters and policy violations and partner with investigators/the Legal team to effectively address issues
  • Support the Employee Relations team with using HR analytics and data to identify trends, diagnose issues and make data-driven recommendations to the leadership team and People team colleagues
  • Support internal projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Act as an advocate for equitable and fair treatment; ensure our practices continue to align to our company’s core values: Disrupt. Execute. Inclusion. Collaboration. Integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of employee relations operations experience gained in either an HR Operations, HRBP or employee relations advisory role, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with strong ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Passionate about using data and insights to make a positive impact on the business.
  • Dependable and accountable
  • Effective listener and persuasive communicator able to influence actions and outcome
  • Experience managing sensitive confidential employee and company information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable operating in Gsuite, Docusign, Workday, ServiceNow and Navex a plus

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $100000 - $163000/YR.   • Work as a critical member of the Corporate Finance team, partnering with the People team to optimize all of our compensation and benefit decisions and programs across the company
  • Analyze VIP bonus program vs benchmark peers and competitors. Partner with people team to optimize
  • Review approach to compensation percentile targeting by function
  • Assess company ROI on Flexbenefits to determine recommendations for future of this program
  • Evaluate and optimize company stock based compensation programs
  • For all of the above, partner with regional finance teams to understand local market dynamics and ensure every $ spent is optimized for ROI within each local market.
  • Analyze impact of each of the above, as well as alternative proposals on key company financial metrics (primarily the P&L and Free Cash Flow)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance, MBA preferred
  • 8~10+ years of experience in finance, including an ability to lead, business partner, and influence
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with a mix of top-line and cost analysis
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt to changes, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively
  • Team player, self-motivated, proactive, organized, positive attitude
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and FP&A-oriented software offerings. Experience with financial systems including SAP and data visualization tools, including Tableau

Job Description

Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is building a world-class product management organization and continues to look for top-notch product management talent to expand the team. As the Director of Product Management for Cortex Vulnerability Management you will be responsible for building and scaling vulnerability and exposure management capabilities for our SecOps and cloud platform.

You will be responsible for defining and executing a product that focuses on Exposure Management. To be successful in this position, you have to be truly excited about building great cybersecurity products and envisioning disruptive solutions where no precedence exists. You possess strong leadership skills, persistence, passion and focus on helping our customers defeat adversaries at machine speed. You will be the thought leader for this space in your interactions with customers, prospects and industry analysts. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and do whatever needs to be done to make your product a success - from working closely with engineering to engaging with marketing and everything in between.

  • Own success for Exposure Management product line.
  • Bring domain knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Cloud Security product landscape to drive meaningful partnerships.
  • Direct a comprehensive product strategy from product conception, definition, adoption and growth of a completely new product working with teams in the US and Israel.
  • Help in building delightful web product experiences.
  • Drive product pricing, packaging strategy for new offerings and go-to-market decisions across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) teams for the successful adoption of the product line.
  • Above all, champion a customer-centric approach to product growth.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
  • Strong desire to take ownership of the full product lifecycle
  • 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a lead/management role
  • 5+ years in Vulnerability Management product space
  • An analytical decision-maker, with the demonstrated ability to diagnose business problems and drive issues to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to C-level executives at Palo Alto Networks and with external partners and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to distill complex and ambiguous situations into impactful plans for your team.
  • Flexible leadership style and demonstrated experience working with senior product leadership to help define, distill and communicate a marketplace strategy.
  • Experience leading product management teams.
