We are looking for a Field Marketing leader who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing events and campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing you will work closely with sales, partners, and marketing colleagues to develop multichannel field marketing campaigns, successfully execute programs, and track overall performance. Strategic thinking in making events and field marketing an important contributor to becoming a category leader.

• Develop field marketing strategy to support our rapid growth and create awareness as a category leader
• Drive internal and external corporate event strategy, production, roadmaps, project management and budgets
• Closely collaborate with sales to prioritize, plan and support GTM initiatives that have maximum impact, including aligning on ICP
• Manage and execute the delivery and experience of strategic in-person as well as virtual events for customers, prospects, partners, and employees, including major industry events, private customer events, regional workshops, customer advisory boards, etc.
• Coordinate field marketing activity with partners, including strategic planning and execution
• Build multichannel campaigns, integrating social, digital, and other communications channels to maximize impact of field marketing activity
• Drive cross-collaboration with creative, digital, product marketing, BDRs and sales teams to deliver successful marketing events and campaigns
• Set business goals and targets for field marketing that align to company goals
• Analyze and track overall performance of field marketing activity and impact to revenue pipeline
• Collaborate with leadership on innovative and creative strategies to bolster awareness and lead gen activity

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of field or event marketing experience
• Deep expertise in event planning and sponsorships, including budgeting, negotiation, event and travel logistics
• Strong project management and organizational skills along with meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of popular marketing program management tools, processes, and reporting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams from multiple departments and communicate with execs
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment and scale to accommodate rapid growth

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to support federal government cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CSAM (Cybersecurity Assessment and Management) or JCAM (Joint Cybersecurity Assessment Model), Zero-Trust (ZT) architecture, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF). This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to ensure the security and compliance of federal information systems. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen, eligible to obtain public trust clearance, and willing to accept W2 employment.

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments and manage compliance of federal information systems using CSAM or JCAM.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Zero-Trust (ZT) security frameworks to improve overall system security posture.
• Support the ATO (Authority to Operate) process by preparing and reviewing documentation for system authorization and ensuring all security controls are in place.
• Apply the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to assess and manage cybersecurity risks across federal IT systems, ensuring adherence to federal standards and policies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and provide support for risk assessments, security controls, and audits.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in implementing mitigation strategies to reduce risk exposure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance issues.
• Provide expertise and support for continuous monitoring of security controls, incident response, and reporting.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of security documentation, including system security plans, security assessment reports, and other RMF-related artifacts.
• Participate in cybersecurity training and awareness programs for federal staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Proven experience with CSAM or JCAM tools for cybersecurity assessments and management.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Zero-Trust (ZT) architecture and its application in a federal government context.
• Security Compliance: Strong knowledge of RMF (Risk Management Framework) processes, ATO (Authority to Operate) procedures, and federal cybersecurity regulations.
• Security Clearance: Must be eligible to pass background and credit checks for Public Trust clearance.
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen.
• W2 Employment: Must be willing to accept a W2 employment arrangement.

• Experience working within the federal government’s cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) cybersecurity standards and guidelines, especially NIST SP 800-53, SP 800-37, and NIST SP 800-171.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a candidate who ideally has previous experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a background in dividends (mutual fund or equity), corporate action events, including voluntary/mandatory reorg events, proxy, and/or shareholder communications. The Associate Analyst responsibilities may include monitoring corporate action events including analyzing and drafting terms for reorg announcements, processing of complex allocations, exception processing review and analysis, and account reconciliation. They will handle inbound calls and team mailboxes to support inquiries from advisors, internal and external parties. Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills (written and verbal) as well as the ability to develop internal and external relationships is needed to be effective in the role. The ideal candidate will have an innovative and creative mind to aide in the design, implementation and ongoing support of various projects.

Requirements:

• 3 years plus of financial and/or brokerage industry experience, preferably in operations
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

Pay Range:

$20.23-$33.71/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
