**This is a remote role based out of the New York City

  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
  • Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls
  • Support customers during proof of concept sessions
  • Answer inbound customer support questions
  • Help customers roll out Cribl post sale into production
  • Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
  • Up to 30% Travel
  • This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
  • Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
  • Play with the product, be prepared to give us feedback
  • You live in New York City

Salary Range ($110K - $182)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.

  • High volume prospecting/calling into multiple organizations via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilizing Internet information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline
  • Schedule well-qualified meetings with key decision-makers within targeted companies
  • Qualifying inbound requests by educating and developing prospects leading to meeting
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals as well as deliver a high quantity of well-qualified sales opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed opportunity quotas to deliver optimal sales pipeline.
  • Articulate Securiti’s value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries and personas
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Securiti’s technology – and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to each persona to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency
  • Extensive use of CRM (preferably salesforce.com) to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention detail
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for technology

The Role & The Team:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Partner Sales Manager located in the Northeast territory. You’ll be responsible for the recruitment, development, and management of the business relationships with national and regional VARs in your territory with targeted KPIs focused on partner sourced bookings. You’ll also collaborate with the channel marketing and sales teams on programs and events designed to promote Druva’s platform to drive net new partner sourced revenue. This position will also manage national partnerships.

  • Your core accountability is achieving financial targets for partner sourced bookings
  • Partner with national and regional partners to build and execute on partner business plans
  • Recruit new partners and expand existing partners within assigned territory
  • Account map with assigned and potential partners in region collaborating with inside channel managers, large enterprise account managers, and corporate sales managers
  • Effectively arrange and present the “Why Druva” message to partners at any time
  • Maintain and report an accurate sales forecast in SFDC
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Drive adoption of Druva programs amongst assigned partners
  • Continually learn about new products and improve selling skills
  • Keep abreast of competition, their products, and the data protection ecosystem
  • Assist in driving attendance to regional partner events
  • Assist in on-site partners activities such as floor days, regional customer events, and partner national sales meeting

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experiences developing reseller and alliance channels
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum efficiency and partner sourced revenue
  • Knowledge of the data protection landscape, cloud-based solutions, and the power of SaaS
  • A desire to win (ethically) and hate losing with a passion
  • Intrinsic motivation, coachability, and you thrive in team performance
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Creative thinking, you look for new opportunities and ways to increase value of partnerships

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $180,000 and $240,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
