As the Great Plains Regional Sales Manager, you will be entrusted with building and owning strong relationships with partners, prospects and customers and evangelizing our value proposition with various stakeholders.   • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account to develop relationships with key stakeholders, evangelize value proposition and win renewable business.
  • Offer a white-glove experience to customers. Be a trusted advisor for prospects and customers about the problem areas we solve. Develop expert-level knowledge of the value proposition.
  • Meticulously orchestrate all customer activities and engagements, involving systems engineering, product management, customer support, and finance.
  • Promptly share all customer information with internal teams using our CRM tools.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in your region.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of quarterly bookings and business plan.
  • Collaborate with marketing for important events.

Requirements

  • Hunter-mindset and a go-getter personality is a must-have.
  • Experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships.
  • Pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the assigned territory is a must.
  • High integrity and adept at the consultative approach of winning customer trust.
  • Ability to learn and become an expert on the value proposition of our solution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Deep industry understanding and customer's decision-making process.
  • Functional knowledge of hybrid deployments of software solutions for data classification, data management or data security.
  • Strong experience for complex data projects with large enterprises.
  • 5+ years of proven hands-on experience of selling to CIO or CISO teams at large enterprises.

You would have 3-5 years recent experience in Enterprise Sales including Data Protection or Cyber Security, as well as a strong understanding and connections with channel partners covering this region.

About the position:

The Account Executive (AE) will acquire new customers and sell additional use cases, products and services into existing accounts. Ultimately, the AE is accountable for exceeding monthly/quarterly quota, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption/usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Netskope partner ecosystem. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.

  • Prospect new accounts, perform your own lead generation, qualify, develop and close new business.
  • Develop an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed selling effort into the assigned territory/accounts.
  • Sell new accounts, customer satisfaction, and retention of Netskope solutions and services
  • Overachieve on sales targets by developing pipeline along with a high level of forecast accuracy
  • Sell through channel partners to qualify opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of direct sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Verifiable track record of exceeding quotas year after year
  • Understanding of enterprise web technologies and SaaS experience a must
  • Success working with channel partners
  • Ability to present and sell by phone / web-demo.
  • Highly motivated self-starters, eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity
  • Expert with Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years selling cybersecurity software and/or SaaS solutions preferred

Summary

As a Sales Engineer initially covering North Central USA you will be the frontline subject matter expert and hands-on evangelist of SECURITI.ai products with customers and partners.
