• Receive and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and alerts related to security incidents and emergencies.

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator I reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

The SOC Operator I has high visibility and is directly accountable for the effective and efficient flow of information from the SOC to the Security Services Officers, Security Supervisors, Security Coordinators and Operations Managers. About the Role:

As part of the Security Services team, the Triage Security Engineer (TSE) is a role that leverages your security expertise to identify, detect, and notify customers of security events ongoing within their environment.  The TSE will be expected to have a deep knowledge of various threats and forms of attack while having demonstrated experience in highly technical security roles.
