• Provide support, troubleshoot, and remediate operations issues using the ForgeRock Identity Cloud solutions
• Support provisioning and de-provisioning processes / workflows for accounts across various internal and external systems using ForgeRock Identity Cloud user interface (UI)
• Work with ForgeRock UI and various business and application teams with their User Lifecycle Management provisioning requirements
• Work with developers, architects, and technical leaders to integrate new enhancements and technologies into the current environments
• Manage existing IAM infrastructure and provide Level 2/3 support. Work with help desk, peers, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve/ fix issues and bugs
• Work with Information Security and business teams to identify new areas where IAM can be utilized to enhance IAM capabilities to address new business needs
• Perform after-hours work as needed for Level 3 escalations, incident resolutions, system upgrades and deployments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with ForgeRock Identity Cloud or other Identity Management provisioning systems

Preferences:

• Information Security, IAM certification are desirable but not required
• Ability to work with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, identifying the best solution option in an emergency
• Ability to work with different teams and interact with technical and business personnel across the Enterprise

Pay Range:

$97,700.00 - $162,900.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
