Position Description:

We are searching for a Sr. IAM Operations Analyst. This position carries out routine phases of the information technology compliance function. Assists with compliance tasks that ensure new and existing information systems applications have appropriate controls; that processing is efficient and accurate; and that systems and procedures are in compliance with all applicable policies. Performs tracking, documentation and communication of all control objectives/activities and compliance requirements to process owners and management. Assists with the development and maintenance of compliance controls, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the services and solutions which will simplify and enhance the process for provisioning and authenticating users, while increasing barriers to, and strengthening controls that prevent unauthorized access.
  • Responsible for increasing safety and soundness, providing services and standards within the environment, and ensuring security and compliance rules and regulations are followed.
  • Assist senior-level IT compliance staff with the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of control processes, documentation, and compliance routines.
  • Assist with external auditor setup, documentation gathering, and remediation activities as part of the annual SOX and SOC2 processes.
  • Maintain a central repository of IT Standards related to IAM, including facilitation of reviews, drafts, track changes, approvals, and publications.
  • Maintain a central repository of IAM control-related procedures.
  • Assist in preparation of materials for IAM stakeholder meetings. Take notes and produce minutes for the session where applicable. Produce and store, for testing evidence, all documented evidence from minutes.
  • Participate in periodic Disaster Recovery procedures involving the IAM solution and maintain documentation evidencing the exercise.
  • Conduct IAM solution-based Quarterly User Access Reviews.
  • Drive user access reviews for management validation throughout the year.
  • Engage with business users and application teams to gather functional requirements and maintain reporting needs out of the IAM solution for User Access Reviews.
  • Investigates, resolves, and performs follow-up tasks on IAM issues and works towards timely resolution.
  • Monitor and manage the ingestion and reporting for current and future identity attributes.
  • Analyzing daily and monthly reports for discrepancies, corrections, and modifications, and following up with the responsible and accountable IAM stakeholders.
  • Provide reporting for security controls and access for audits and exams as needed.
  • Monitor and enforce IAM related regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • As necessary, provide analysis to IAM stakeholders for information related to user accounts, access request management processes, and terminations.
  • Continuously monitor and resolve discrepancies between the IAM solution and Active Directory.
  • Identifying access management requirements for new systems onboarded to the IAM solution, including items such as; separation of duties, data/system integrity and quality, audit, and lineage, including driving and developing new identity access management guidelines.
  • Collects and compiles historical data on system access for applications/systems and generates reports and analyses out of the IAM solution.
  • Performs procedures within the IAM solution to ensure the safety of the entities’ Information Security Assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.
  • Takes preventative measures to proactively identify and prevent potential compliance problems related to user access to applications/systems managed by the IAM solution.
  • Defining, designing, and executing test procedures and assist during user acceptance testing for the IAM solution.
  • Supports the IAM solution-based user provisioning process (new user, user modification and user terminations)
  • Monitor, manage, and escalate (as needed), ServiceNow related issues pertaining to the IAM solution and related systems, to the ServiceNow DevOps team or related system’s product team.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology or other related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Three (3) to seven (7) years’ experience in reviewing and assessing department needs to meet applicable compliance standards and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compliance laws, regulations and requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology (I.T.) compliance methodologies.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal relationship skills, excellent oral and written communications skills, analytical skills, problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
  • Comprehensive proficiency in SailPoint Identity and Access Mgmt.
