Summary: The Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer is responsible for implementing identity and access management solutions using enterprise tools such as Sailpoint IdentityNow. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configuring IAM solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of the platform with existing systems and applications. This Developer plays a critical role in application onboarding, enhancing security measures, managing user access, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role is a technical resource charged with leadership in application programming using Java, REST APIs, and other programming languages to automate Identity Governance across many applications. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing technical objects. The Developer will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle. The IAM Developer maintains current knowledge of new products, industry trends and recommends enhancements and purchases that allow Sherwin-Williams to maintain healthy and functional applications and protect its employees' identities. This is an individual contributor position.
