Position Summary:
The IAM Solutions Delivery Analyst on the Identity and Access Management team will execute on planning, design, communication, and delivery of portfolio projects. The initiatives are large projects focused on the transformation of IAM as a business, and the reduction of identity and access risk for the Bank. The person in this role will work closely with the IAM Capability, product, architecture, and engineering teams, project managers and analysts to oversee the successful delivery of initiatives. Working as an individual contributor, the IAM Solutions Delivery Analyst will have responsibility for managing the delivery of the initiative’s successful outcomes, including addressing issues and risks as they are identified across the IAM portfolio.
The individual in this role will participate with technology teams that research, engineer, develop, implement, communicate, monitor, and maintain key IAM solutions.  You will utilize your in-depth technical and product knowledge as well as experience in defining new business requirements to influence design and ensure secure and resilient solutions that meet the organization’s needs.   Experience with managing identities in the Public Cloud and Privileged Access is a plus.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$76,500.00 - $136,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
