Position Summary:

The IAM Solutions Delivery Analyst on the Identity and Access Management team will execute on planning, design, communication, and delivery of portfolio projects. The initiatives are large projects focused on the transformation of IAM as a business, and the reduction of identity and access risk for the Bank. The person in this role will work closely with the IAM Capability, product, architecture, and engineering teams, project managers and analysts to oversee the successful delivery of initiatives. Working as an individual contributor, the IAM Solutions Delivery Analyst will have responsibility for managing the delivery of the initiative’s successful outcomes, including addressing issues and risks as they are identified across the IAM portfolio.

The individual in this role will participate with technology teams that research, engineer, develop, implement, communicate, monitor, and maintain key IAM solutions.   You will utilize your in-depth technical and product knowledge as well as experience in defining new business requirements to influence design and ensure secure and resilient solutions that meet the organization’s needs.    Experience with managing identities in the Public Cloud and Privileged Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience with the products, solutions and capabilities that comprise our IAM capability model.
  • Provide technical guidance on IAM capabilities and solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of complex enhancements and on-board / integrate new applications and capabilities.
  • Capture and translate new requirements into operational and engineering deliverables and outcomes.
  • Meet demands of managing multiple work streams, communicating effectively with senior technology and business leadership, and demonstrate experience leading large and complex projects.
  • Assess and advise project management implications throughout projects' timelines, including development of strategies, readiness assessments, and assist in development of training and communications.
  • Articulate technical and business issues and solutions effectively to business and technical staff across organizational layers.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience driving complex IAM projects and programs for large enterprises.
  • 1-3 years’ experience implementing IAM Identity Cloud solutions, controls, and capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple work streams across several programs simultaneously and respond to rapidly changing demands.
  • Experience working with frequently utilized IAM vendor solutions such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Hashicorp, EntraID, etc. in large enterprises.

Desired Skills:

  • Broad technical knowledge of IAM lifecycle, ecosystem, and enterprise scale products for identity, authentication, and access concepts and products.
  • Experience in the deployment of IGA tools and features, multi-factor authentication, identity proofing and role and attribute-based access control systems.
  • Large enterprise experience working with privileged access and secrets management products such as CyberArk, Hashicorp, BeyondTrust and cloud vaulting technologies.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$76,500.00 - $136,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
