Responsibilities

  • Key contributor to the Enterprise IAM vision, roadmap and execution and lead the Enterprise IAM operational transition readiness and execution
  • Activate IAM Operations management, governance, critical metrics, and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategy and vision to ensure compliance with IAM standards
  • Ensure IAM solutions are meeting security and business objectives and outcomes by establishing metrics
  • Continuously improve and innovate our IAM capabilities to drive value, enhance our employee or customer experience and secure our digital assets by providing insights to the engineering teams.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12+ years of related experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience related to cybersecurity
  • At least 7 years in Identity and Access Management technologies, processes and capabilities
  • Ability to develop and implement roadmaps for Identity and Access Management capabilities
  • Lead cross-functional execution to drive initiatives to completion
  • Deep understanding of IAM technologies, controls, and standard processes
  • Understanding of regulations including: Payment Card Industry, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation
  • Ability to influence technology teams to deliver a frictionless user experience
  • Experience influencing teams and collaborators without direct authority over them
  • Coached individuals & leaders at multiple levels able to demonstrate tangible results
  • Achieved objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans, identifying trends and inspiring changes
  • Build relationships with partners across all levels and departments
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of organization
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Computer Science, Product Management
  • CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or other cybersecurity certificate

Additional commentary

  • The salary for this position is $157,725 to $231,330, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
  • Bonus eligible: Yes
