Who We Are Looking For

AGCO is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to work remotely in North America. As the Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting, reviewing, and evaluating security solutions and services that achieve our security program goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support, review, and evaluate security solutions and services that achieve the security program goals.
  • Engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization for the area of responsibility, maintaining clear documentation for all activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of common vulnerabilities, attack methodologies and their mitigation strategies (including OWASP Top 10, CWE Top 25).
  • Support the engagement of third parties to achieve cybersecurity program objectives.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
  • Familiarity with or knowledge of enterprise and cloud computing concepts.
  • Experience in or knowledge of applicable compliance regulations and standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, etc.).
  • Strong preference for outcome-oriented thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry-level certifications, i.e. SEC+, CSSLP, etc.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, specifically SAFe and Scrum.
  • Experience with security assessments, risk management and compliance, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing with experience providing remediation techniques.
  • Knowledge of network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS).
