  • Contribute to and implement the Identity and Access Management (IAM) vision and roadmap
  • Implement IAM program management, governance, and lead technical teams to ensure alignment with strategy and vision
  • The aim is to determine accurate system access across multiple platforms
  • Ensure IAM solutions are meeting security and business objectives and outcomes by establishing metrics that lead to actions for improvement
  • Continuously improve and innovate our IAM capabilities to drive value, enhance our employee experience and secure our digital assets
  • Support with the multi-factor authentication process to improve employee experience with various United systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Computer Science
  • 9+ years of experience in STEM field, including at least 5 years in Identity and Access Management technologies, processes, and capabilities and including at least 3 years of leadership experience leading and coaching teams/people to their highest potential
  • Developed/implemented roadmaps Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities and led cross-functional execution to drive initiatives to completion
  • Deep understanding of IAM technologies, controls, and standard methodologies (LDAP, directories, certificates, SAML/OAUTH, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, PKI, IGA, and MDM)
  • Working knowledge of IAM principles in cloud first environment
  • Understanding of PCI, SOX, HIPAA, EU-GDPR regulations and for IAM
  • Know how to influence technology teams to deliver a streamlined employee identity experience
  • Experience influencing teams and collaborators without direct authority over them
  • Coached individuals & leaders at multiple levels able to demonstrate tangible results
  • Achieved objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans, identifying trends and inspiring changes
  • Built relationships with stakeholders across all levels and departments
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of organization
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The salary for this position is $126,225 to $185,130, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

Your Career

As a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation you will be the expert for our Cortex portfolio, a Next-Gen AI-powered security operations platform. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives. You evangelize our industry leading solutions in Security Intelligence and Automation, XDR, Attack Surface Management, SOAR and Incident Response that establish Palo Alto Networks as a customer’s cybersecurity partner of choice.

  • Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your assigned specialization area
  • Present to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from practitioner to senior leadership
  • Lead and support customer demonstrations that showcase our unique value proposition
  • Scope and Lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects for prospective customers based on best practices to ensure technical win in your assigned opportunities
  • Drive high technical validation and PoV win rates within your assigned specialization area
  • Architect solutions that will help our customers strengthen and simplify their security posture
  • Accelerate technical validation of proposed solutions within your specialization
  • Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases to ensure proper implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks Solutions
  • Help our customers build and develop further their services around Cortex solutions
  • Lead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape
  • Discuss, with credibility, competitive offers in the marketplace and position ours as the best alternative
  • Assist account solutions consultants to respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs while serving as the main technical point of contact for Cortex

Your Experience

  • 3+ years experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments
  • Experience in working with customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes
  • Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions
  • Scripting experience is a plus - Python preferred

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $198,000/yr to $273,000/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

We are looking for a Senior Product Support Engineer to join our team.

  • Support multiple products and solve technical issues while providing stellar customer service on our security and identity products.
  • Serve as a liaison for Product Support Engineers as their primary escalation point as they flourish in their role.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to our product running on Linux, Kubernetes, Kafka, and other relevant technologies.
  • Develops and maintains expert knowledge of a minimum of 2 or more Semperis primary product(s) assigned to support.
  • Advance troubleshooting skills in analyzing trace and debugging logs while utilizing the right tools to capture data.
  • Mentor Product Support Engineers to excel in their product knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Linux and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in Kafka.
  • Exposure to knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Motivated to quickly learn /digest Semperis core product(s) knowledge as it relates to Active Directory, Linux, and Kubernetes.
  • Develop and present solutions to appropriate parties.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products.
  • Mentor and be the primary escalation point for Product Support engineers.
  • Advance troubleshooting skills in analyzing trace and debugging logs while utilizing the right tools to capture data.
  • Contribute to creating KB while dealing with complex cases to grow our KB repository.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Uses sound judgment regarding the escalation of issues while keeping management and customers updated.
  • Active Listening. Listen to customers to understand their technical issues, concerns, and requirements.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders (CSMs).
