We are seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Development to lead our organization's enablement initiatives and drive employee growth, engagement, and performance. This role involves the development and measurement of enablement programs to improve and optimize knowledge, behavior, and skills for high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader passionate about creating innovative solutions to complex learning and performance needs.

Compensation
Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $106,600 - $221,400/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of an annual bonus or incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
