As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Securiti, you will use your skillset to build key relationships, working closely with Directors/Managers of Data Security/Privacy/Governance, Data Engineers, Security Architects, and Privacy teams to implement best-in-class modules from Securiti’s Data Command Center. The E-CSM works with mid-to-large enterprise customers and is accountable for ensuring these customers adopt and realize the recurring value from the Securiti Data Command Center. Your results will be increased customer satisfaction, value, retention, and expansion of the Securiti platform footprint.

  • Own and drive onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers.
  • Work with customers to build success plans, establish critical goals, and aid customers in achieving their objectives.
  • Design and execute a value roadmap for each customer in your portfolio.
  • Establish regular cadence calls (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) with each assigned customer.
  • Conduct Quarterly business reviews to ensure successful outcomes from Securiti solutions.
  • Review executive dashboards and program status, continually measuring and monitoring customer health metrics and KPIs.
  • Solidify your position as a trusted advisor/strategic advisor with all customers and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Partner with Securiti Account Team (Account Executives, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and Training) to find opportunities for new usage of Securiti across organizational functions, and build contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Define success plans for at-risk customers and execute them in collaboration with functional team.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to advocate customers’ needs.
  • Leverage internal tools to archive customer activity and other key data points.
  • Identify and communicate areas for improvement in the customer experience including both product and process.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management and similar roles.
  • Strong consulting, project management and/or business analyst skills with proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner for both executive and end-user audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS and Multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) architectures, as well as the traditional on-premise model.
  • Solid understanding of complementary data security concepts, such as data discovery, DLP, encryption/tokenization, data masking, access control, rights management.
  • Familiarity with various types of structured and unstructured data systems across SaaS, Multi-cloud and traditional, self-managed systems.
  • Fundamental technological knowledge of networking environments.
  • Experience installing and supporting enterprise software on Windows and UNIX platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with a Cyber/data security solutions company and/or an enterprise software company working with large enterprise customers highly desired.
  • Prior experience with Securiti Software solutions is preferred or relevant experience with enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, and/or policy management solutions.
  • Up to 25% travel.

About the Role

You will be part of the Graph Platform team, evolving our SaaS platform that supports a suite of enterprise applications addressing complex data analytics and enterprise problems.

  • Design and develop Securiti’s graph platform
  • Create functional specifications, architecture documents, design documents, and developer test plans
  • Coordinate the development, deployment, and testing of new features and enhancements.
  • Write reliable, secure, and scalable code
  • Perform code reviews and analysis
  • Develop tools to monitor platform performance and address urgent issues
  • Work with customer support to address issues
  • Integrate new technologies into the back-end cloud infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including graph database technologies like Neptune, Neo4j, and Elasticsearch
  • Experience in building scalable distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of multi-threaded applications
  • Professional development experience in Python and GoLang
  • Knowledge of Linux and scripting languages
  • Familiarity with one or more IaaS providers
  • Good software development practices and experience with Microservices and REST-based architectures

  • Providing network and system specification documentation deliverables to address cybersecurity vulnerabilities and the security controls necessary to mitigate the vulnerabilities to an acceptable level of risk through application of risk management framework concepts
  • Participate in and lead project meetings and provide specification deliverables in coordination with other Dewberry team designers, implementers, architects, and engineers
  • Serve as a cross-sector OT cybersecurity resource for Dewberry engineering project teams servicing critical infrastructure; this capability requires expertise in OT design, development, and deployment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of secure control systems design standards to include NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, ISA-62443, UFC-4-010-06, and others as required by the client
  • Lead, with direct contribution to, the creation of winning proposals
  • Identify and consult with others on solutions to unusual, difficult, or complex tasks
  • Leverage existing customer relationships inside the company to generate warm leads

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to the following: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Security System Engineering
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of directly related experience in OT cybersecurity solutions design, development, deployment, and commissioning.
  • Certification(s): One of the following: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to clearly articulate ideas for senior leadership as well as technical staff consumption.
  • Extensive experience in reviewing comprehensive facility design plans and specifications related to low voltage facility related control systems, power distribution systems, industrial controls, and network architecture
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision on medium to large control system centric projects
  • Understanding of projects at the conceptual level and development of the corresponding control system cybersecurity engineering scope of work, budget, and schedule
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within DoD, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Military Health System, and or Veterans Affairs Healthcare programs a significant plus
  • Experience in supporting Military Construction (MILCON) and Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) projects
  • Direct hands on experience in the design of control systems and development of project level design specifications using DoD Standards & Criteria specifically, UFC 4-010-06 "Cybersecurity of Facility Related Control Systems" and UFGS 25 05 11 "Cybersecurity for Facility Related Control Systems"
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity Assessment & Authorization policies, practices, and toolsets.
  • HVAC Control Systems experience to include experience with BACnet and LonWorks protocols
  • Multiple control system types (PLC based, DCS, BMS, and SIS)
