We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to cover the Pacific Northwest and join our US West Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Qualify, manage and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities, and progress opportunities through closure. Convert SQLs from our SDR team into closed/won opportunities.
  • Own the market in your territory through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances along with territory Channel Director.
  • Continuously build new pipeline and exceed assigned growth goals.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Conduct prospecting efforts to generate leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and advise appropriate Semperis products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, services and pricing models.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have 10+ years’ experience in cyber security or identity sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience successfully selling into enterprise accounts is preferred.
  • Active Directory, Azure AD, identity related sales experience is a PLUS.
  • Strong territory planning, and sales methodology focus. Ability to develop and execute both territory and account-based strategies.
  • Proven track record of performance in exceeding goals and quota, and growing the business.
  • Contribute a "Challenger" mindset to evangelize, advise, tailor strategy and take control of the sales process from the start.
  • Strong experience with large Enterprise customers in the region.
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for providing advanced technical and analytical skills to the Technology Research and Innovation team. The candidate will work with project teams to ensure technical quality of cloud security-focused deliverables and adherence to security standards, governance, and control practices. The individual will be considered a security and technical expert in cloud security technology, agile development, architecture, design, systems implementation, and integration across cloud environments (Amazon Web Services and Azure).

  • Develop Cloud Security Architecture and assist with automating security for Cloud PoC environments (AWS and Azure).
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Cloud Security (End-point, application, network), focusing on automation of cloud security.
  • Familiarity with CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Protection Platform) solutions and MDR solutions.
  • Experience with SSE (Security Service Edge) and working with Zscaler.
  • Advise project teams during system development to ensure compliance with security policies, guidelines, standards, controls, and governance.
  • Contribute to cloud security strategy, vision, requirements, and solutions for DevX.
  • Design, develop, and implement new cloud security technologies to support the Technology Research and Innovation team.
  • Consult with application development teams to determine cloud security requirements and plan and deliver automated cloud-based business solutions.
  • Define, publish, and maintain processes for security governance (compliance with principles, guidelines, and standards).
  • Conduct technical research to contribute to cloud security direction and strategy. Assist team members on cloud security projects or security-relevant tasks.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud security architecture, development, design, and integration.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or related experience preferred.
  • Experience working with CNAPP and Zscaler.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Deep knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure, agile development, and application development methodologies.

  • Proficient in ethical hacking techniques, code reviews, and security auditing.
  • Knowledge of key security tools and scripting languages (e.g., Kali Linux, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, PowerShell, Python).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework for structuring red team engagements.
  • Strong understanding of government and industry compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA, HIPAA).
