Position Summary

HackerOne is seeking a Finance Systems Project Manager & Analyst to enhance the efficiency of our financial systems and processes. Collaborating closely with functional and technical stakeholders, this role plays a critical part in identifying and executing key initiatives that streamline and scale our financial operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess a solid understanding of Accounting & Finance needs, and have the ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, this role will facilitate impactful cross-functional projects and support the continuous evolution of our finance function.

  • Finance System Support: Serve as the first line of support for accounting teams, addressing system-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Translate accounting needs into system requirements, configure financial systems, and customize reports to meet business requirements
  • Finance Transformation Initiatives & Special Projects: Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to support and drive key projects aimed at transforming and improving financial systems and processes while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Project Management: Assist or lead in the planning, execution, testing, and tracking of finance-related projects. Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with both functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and translate them into clear and actionable plans. Ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals.
  • Analyze Business Processes: Understand current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose technology-driven improvements.
  • Documentation and Communication: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, processes, and systems. Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, supporting business applications,
  • Foundational understanding of accounting & finance domains
  • Experience in designing & implementing finance systems full cycle: (e.g. analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Proven ability to think critically and creatively to address complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, systems, and tools. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Experience working with Tier 2 ERPs (e.g. Workday Financials, Netsuite, etc)
  • Experience working with Finance applications (e.g. Salesforce, Navan, Zip, Expensify etc)
  • Experience working with Project Management/Ticketing tools (e.g. Freshservice, Monday.com, JIRA, Zendesk etc)
  • Must be based remotely in the United States. HackerOne is a digital-first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Financial Management certification(s), Workday Financials Reporting Certification, or equivalent experience a plus
  • PMP/CAPM Certification(s) or equivalent experience a plus

Compensation Band:

$115K – $140K • Offers Equity

  • Create and execute a territory plan on your target accounts and approach to “landing and expanding," and prospect into these target accounts with the goal of engaging potential champions and sponsors to find and create an opportunity
  • Able to drive a regional sales plan that incorporates tight collaboration between ADRs, partner account managers, customer success advisors and extended field team resources.

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with resellers, system integrators and other partners

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full cycle sales enterprise selling with strong background in security and or networking software, including 5+ years of co-selling experience with a strong partner network
  • Deliver compelling “teaching conversations” that are well tailored to each prospect’s situation
  • Able to engage with urgency and capitalizing on all potential channels to sell Illumio
  • Knows how to ask the right questions, strong listener and technically savvy to understand the solution
  • Successful track record of successful selling to the C-suite (all lines of business) with a strong rolodex of contacts in region
  • Experience in a fast-paced company with the ability to adapt as needed

  • Act as a SASE subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and training to channel partners on Palo Alto Networks SASE solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with our SASE product roadmap

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a successful pre-sales SE, systems integrator, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of networking required; understanding of network security preferred
  • Delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives
  • Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role - prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal
  • Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements
  • Prior experience working with channel is required, prior experience as a Channel SE preferred

  • Experience selling, implementing, or managing SASE/SaaS/cloud/managed/on-prem offerings is a plus
  • Complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions is preferred

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $198000 - $273000/YR.
