We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in the Bay Area territory to join our team and own the end to end sales process for all prospects and customers. As a Cybersecurity Account Executive at Cyberhaven, you are expected to have a go getter attitude and be a true brand ambassador driving many activities from prospecting and pitching to closing and negotiating deals.

  • Qualify, manage and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities, and progress opportunities through the Cyberhaven sales process.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, as well as upsell and cross-sell of existing clients.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails, and present Cyberhaven's unique DDR solution.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Proactively plan, set critical milestones, assess, clarify and validate partners needs on an ongoing basis, to establish productive relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services and pricing models.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients and partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years industry experience selling Cybersecurity software in the Bay Area required; DLP strongly preferred.
  • True enterprise experience closing multiple $250,000 to $1,000,000 deals
  • Competitive, Self-starter, willing to work hard and own results.
  • Willing to ask questions, have a strong work ethic, are persistent, and coachable.

As an Area Sales Director, you will take sales responsibility for generating all revenue from the New York region in a period of dramatic and expected growth to significant seven-digit revenue numbers. You will personally close numerous high-value new customer wins in the market and lead a team of Sales Directors responsible for new business quota attainment in their assigned territories. As a member of an ambitious global sales organization seeking category leadership, you will be a close collaborator and a highly active and resilient member of the team driving the business forward.

The role will work remotely from a home office and report to AVP Sales, Northeast.

  • Manage a team of Sales Directors in achieving individual and team quota
  • Effectively run and manage all aspects of the sales cycle, quote, negotiate, and assist sales reps in closing complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects
  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
  • Develop the New England US market and foster and maintain key relationships with existing and/or potential partners
  • Coordinate and manage weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings, mentoring and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing
  • Develop and implement corporate objectives scorecards with management to maintain the productivity standard of the sales team
  • Attract, hire, coach, on-board and retain top sales talent
  • Be a change agent within Cato Networks, help define new models and processes to grow our business
  • Maintain highly collaborative relationships with the Presales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior sales experience with strong leadership and management track record, a hands-on world-class sales executive
  • A Hunter with over 10 years of field and remote sales experience with consistent over-achievement of quotas
  • Networking and/or Security solutions B2B sales experience in a highly competitive market
  • Enterprise experience selling to C-Level and Technical buyers
  • A minimum of 2 years experience managing an individual contributor sales team
  • Channel recruitment and enablement experience with demonstrable track record of channel sales success
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results
  • Strong skill set in contract negotiations
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast paced environment
  • Collaborative approach and demonstrable success in highly team-oriented sales organizations with great communication skills
  • Willingness to work hard to make exceptional success happen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Start-up experience is an advantage
  • Experience in selling cloud-based solutions is an advantage
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience is a strong advantage

About the Role

The Enterprise Market Development Representative at NinjaOne, will play a pivotal role in expanding and driving our Enterprise business.

This is a new and exciting role that encompasses the following 4 core functions:

  • Strategic Outbound Prospecting
  • Inbound Leads/Tradeshows/Content Downloads
  • Work closed lost opportunities and cross-sells
  • Navigate your Account Executive’s current customers

You will work closely with an Enterprise Account Executive to identify strategic enterprise accounts and build a prospecting strategy to execute. Prospects that inbound will be routed to you and your AE to strategically work. You will also help revive closed lost opportunities by cross selling as well as helping your AE navigate their current customer book of business.

Location - Austin, TX Hybrid remote, in the office on Monday - Thursday.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research potential enterprise accounts. Develop outreach strategies to establish initial contact and schedule first meetings with enterprise AE.

  • Inbound Leads: All ENT leads will be routed to you and your AE. Account research and industry knowledge will be crucial for setting up the first meeting with your AE.

  • Cross-sell and Current Customers: Work with your AE to identify any cross-sell opportunities from closed lost opportunities as well as your AE’s current book of business.

  • Tradeshows/Events: The MDR will help coordinate tradeshows and events for their AEs. Following up on leads from these events will be done strategically with your AE. These events will provide opportunities to grow relationships and build pipeline that eventually leads to closed won opportunities.
