Summary

Drata is hiring an Associate Account Manager who will help grow our footprint within our current customer portfolio and execute our strategy. Your key responsibilities include renewing existing business, up-selling based on customer potential, and cross-selling across our suite of products. You’ll partner with our Scaled Customer Success and Technical Support teams while serving as the main commercial point of contact for a large number of emerging Drata customers.

  • You will be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with a large number of emerging Drata customers
  • Maximize account growth and mitigate risk by integrating with the account team and processes
  • Execute established win/win negotiation strategies for account contract renewals that improve contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship
  • Based on framework provided to create, manage and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities on and off cycle
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Architects, Marketing and Product as the quarterback of the account team
  • Provide executive management with complete visibility to renewal & customer expansion through accurate forecasting
  • Communicate risk clearly and collaborate with leadership on developing resolution strategies
  • Deliver a strong value narrative helping our customers understand the ROI they receive from Drata

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years demonstrated success in an Account Management capacity or similar role with a focus on negotiating services contracts or relevant SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience using SFDC, Gong, Outreach, G Suite, Clari, Catalyst.
  • Ability to work independently with clear direction and to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency.
  • Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, discuss value and understand customer needs.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Team player with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within a company.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable range of On-Target Earnings (OTE) for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected OTE ranges for this role are set forth below, subject to change.

Tier 1: $131,200 - $162,000

Tier 2: $118,100 - $145,800

Tier 3: $104,900 - $129,600

As an Account Executive at Aviatrix, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy as we transition our company to a prescriptive, use case centric selling goliath. You will work closely with your marketing counterparts who are executing a disciplined account based marketing trajectory to co-identify and then engage high propensity prospects. You’ll work side-by-side with our next generation BDR team who are trained on our unique genAI prospecting and client development toolset to engage prospects with unrivaled insights. You’ll be surrounded by a passionate team of well trained field engineers, partner managers, business value experts and post-sales value engineers to help ensure that you are proposing high value and high reward initial land orders. Your primary focus will be on generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and connect with potential clients.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Required Qualifications:

About the Role

The Enterprise Account Executive, Customer Base role at NinjaOne is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives and focuses on growing wallet share in our largest Enterprise Accounts, as well as helping Ninja get traction within net new Enterprise Accounts. This is a strategic role which will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne. You will be responsible for expanding NinjaOne adoption within G2K net new prospects by aligning solutions and products that solve their IT operational challenges, as well as closing cross sell and up sell business with our existing customer base. Core responsibilities include pipeline building, prospecting, territory planning, relationship development and management, running full sales cycles prospecting to deal close, net new sales, expansion sales, presentation delivery, and contract negotiations.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience selling SaaS software to B2B prospects, with full sales cycle responsibilities
  • History of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Polished communication skills that are matched only by your active listening skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver successful customer engagements, including but not limited to product demos, presentations and discovery calls
  • Excellent professional presence and business acumen.
  • Exceptional ability to build credibility with clients and close new business.

For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 Base and $200,000-$300,000 OTE per year.
