• Take a role in identifying, scoping, and delivering large initiatives through their Product or Software Development Lifecycle.
• Work with key stakeholders in product management and executive teams to define strategy and requirements.
• Assist in leading cross functional development of technology through delivery.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs and technical constraints.
• Work with remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines.
• Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and change control.
• Take on large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 4+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience with Penetration Testing, Offensive Security Testing, and Threat and Vulnerability Management.

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
