Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, including significant hands-on technical expertise in the field.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certifications.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical cybersecurity analysis, risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
• Proficient with various cybersecurity tools, technologies, and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in mentoring or coaching technical personnel to enhance their capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

​

• Experience advising or working with Host Nation/Regional or International Organizations.
• NIST Cyber Security Professional (NCSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CASP), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Security+.
• Strong knowledge of national and international cybersecurity regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Previous experience living/working overseas or working with mid-level government leaders or military officials.
• Achieved the rank of E-6 in the military, or GS-11 in the federal government, or equivalent level of responsibility in the private sector.
• Proficiency in foreign languages depending on the task order.
• Experience living and/or working overseas, particularly in diverse, international contexts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex cybersecurity issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams in international or cross-cultural settings.
• Willingness to travel as required by mission objectives.
