Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Manager or Director of Sales Operations to join our dynamic team at Cyberhaven. In this critical role, you will oversee the sales operations function, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization. You will work closely with sales leadership, finance, and other cross-functional teams to optimize processes, analyze sales performance, and implement strategies that support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and manage scalable sales processes and workflows that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs, develop sales enablement materials, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Lead the sales forecasting process, working with finance and sales leadership to develop accurate and achievable sales plans.
  • CRM Management: Own the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring it meets the needs of the sales team and provides valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Compensation and Incentives: Work with finance and HR to design and manage sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and motivating the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to sales processes, tools, and technologies to drive operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably at the Sr. Manager or Director level.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with company objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. The estimated base salary for this role is $150,000 to $200,000. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Cyberhaven's total rewards package.
