Sr. Director of Global Sales, ISP/Telco/Mobile - Remote

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Global Sr. Director of Sales to lead our ISP/Telco & Mobile division. In this executive role, you will drive the development and execution of a global sales strategy while leading a high-performing team focused on strengthening and expanding relationships with our tier 1 and tier 2 partners.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the ISP and telecommunications sectors, along with a robust network of executive contacts within these industries.

This position requires a collaborative leadership style, working closely with teams across marketing, monetization, and product to accelerate revenue growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role will report directly to the SVP of Global Sales and Operations.

This is a remote position based in the United States. We will only consider applicants currently residing in the United States. and are unable to offer relocation assistance at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Establish and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market trends.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing tier 1 and tier 2 partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the partner ecosystem.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and monetization teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product offerings tailored to partners’ needs.
  • Provide feedback from partners to internal teams to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market analysis and partner feedback.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the ISP/Telco industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships with tier 1 and tier 2 telecom providers.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • We prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA.
