Responsibilities

  • Independently complete a majority of identified tasks from start to finish with high quality and collaborate with more experienced Engineers when needed.
  • Efficiently use available tools with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of Engineering best practices.
  • Ask the right questions, solve problems and build great software.
  • Partner with team to understand and communicate technical concepts with others in the organization (Technical Communication, Support, Product and Cloud).
  • Performs well defined tasks with increasing independence and seeks guidance when needed from more experience Engineers.
  • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization.
  • Adheres to the highest moral, ethical and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity.
  • Supports and promotes a positive, inclusive workplace one in which the talents and strengths of our increasingly diverse workforce are welcomed, further developed and manifested in our work.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience developing enterprise-grade software with understanding of testing and quality assurance processes
  • 2 year / Associates Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in current programming language and tools based on position requirements, JavaScript, (frameworks, React and Angular) HTML, CSS
  • Basic knowledge/familiarity with UX best practices (accessibility).
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results-driven culture
  • Ability to adapt to changing platforms effectively
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of customers and employees
  • Solution-focused ability working collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
