As a Senior People Partner, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and scale our North American Sales team while contributing to global initiatives. In this role, you’ll join a supportive and collaborative People team that values your growth and provides broad, cross-functional exposure to projects and programs across the People function.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Senior People Partner to our North American Sales team, consulting with senior sales leaders and management to provide guidance across all People functional areas.
  • Partner with leaders to advise on talent strategies that scale and develop our team, including organizational design, engagement and retention, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Coach management and advocate for employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption of talent programs, ensuring alignment with Recorded Future’s high-performance, people-first culture.
  • Leverage internal centers of excellence in recruiting, operations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
  • Manage employee relations.
  • Support our global engagement survey program with potential to take ownership of this program and additional Talent Management initiatives.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, supporting senior sales leaders within high-growth organizations.
  • Exposure to all functional areas of HR, with a passion for driving employee engagement and fostering development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Collaborative and inclusive mindset, operating effectively within matrixed environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to take initiative and own outcomes.
  • Service-minded with high integrity and a solution-oriented approach.
