Expel is searching for its next Senior GTM Strategy Manager. This is a crucial position as Expel expands its sales team and scales our organization for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a passion for sales, customers, and winning.
  • Share your experience owning and implementing successful GTM strategies for a high-performance team with big goals for the future.
  • Construct and implement programs across the Revenue organization to elevate performance.
  • Support and own core parts of our weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences, as well as own projects as part of our annual planning process.
  • Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to maintain a pulse on what's happening in the field, constantly assessing gaps and tailoring programs to get results.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, and other teams to complete sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • A curious, creative, and bold mentality.
  • A servant leadership approach - you’ve worked across teams before and know that strong results come from winning together!
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills across communication styles, from deeply technical through executive.
  • Excellent written communication skills, using documents and presentations, combined with strong analytical abilities. You can identify problems, create solutions, build models, and write overview documents to align collaborators to the plan.
  • A bachelor's or post-graduate degree in a related field, or an equivalent level of experience in a relevant area.

Additional commentary

The targeted base compensation for this role is: $110,200.00-159,800.00 USD + bonus eligibility & equity.

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.

This role will be based out of your home office or out of our HQ office in Herndon, VA.
