Responsibilities

  • Manage information assurance activities involving services including security control assessments, continuous monitoring, security information and event management, security architecture, security engineering, ISSO support, POA&Ms, security operations monitoring, cyber hunt, penetration testing, cyber threat intelligence analysis, incident response, forensics, cloud security, and cybersecurity training.
  • Provide actionable risk and vulnerability information to stakeholders.
  • Deliver Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) risk reports, Security and Privacy Assessment Plans (SAP), independent assessments of controls, vulnerability and incident reports, compliance reports, risk reports, Security Impact Analyses (SIA), and other analysis-related documentation.
  • Responsible for providing dashboards for NSD cybersecurity tools and updating DOJ Core controls.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Knowledge of cloud security measures
  • Experience in resolving issues and scheduling conflicts and solving complex problems
  • Excellent listening skills and communication skills include oral, written, and formal presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) is preferred.
