Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between IT Development and business functions to drive system enhancements to completion through business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment
  • Resolve Tier 2 support requests driving to timely resolution for the end user
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding on role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy and territory hierarchy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tier 2 tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools
  • Drive all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, attention to detail, and cross functional collaboration with IT and other team members
  • Work closely with the company’s Subject Matter Experts and IT to research & resolve issues related to Salesforce & Clari
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and our Revenue Acceleration team to understand business requirements for systemic enhancements and then partner closely with IT Development for execution through an Agile environment
  • Perform business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment
  • Conduct change management for related system enhancements
  • Project Manage and provide direct support to Merger & Acquisition related Salesforce changes
  • Utilize business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
  • Balance relationships with multiple business teams for new solution features and technical support
  • Perform regular SFDC data audits to ensure accuracy within the system
  • Assist in scheduled maintenance of the systems via data migrations
  • Assist with documentation of best practices and usage

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users
  • Experience driving system change through an Agile environment
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Quick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Aggressive problem solver
  • Experience with data extraction and conducting mass updates via workbench and Dataloader
  • Ability to work with a variety of internal/external customers and vendors (some technical some non-technical)
  • Demonstrate skills in continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment and good relationships
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience - including both verbal and written communications
  • Education - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certification is highly preferred but not required
  • Solid knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with focus on data security
  • Hands-on experience with Sales forecasting tools is highly desirable
  • Experience with sales processes and experience in a sales environment is a plus
  • Experience training sales users on new Salesforce functionalities
  • Additional knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, Anaplan, and SOQL is a plus

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $101000 - $164000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
