Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive account management and exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and driving repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the Microsoft-focused MXDR segment, working closely with the wider sales team to achieve success.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, building strong relationships and understanding their cybersecurity requirements to position our solution effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution offerings, providing comprehensive proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our MXDR solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to continually enhance our competitive positioning and sales strategies, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging your experience and insights to refine our approach and drive growth.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales, with experience, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT solutions domain, consistently achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly security offerings such as Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Sentinel, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, from C-suite executives to technical professionals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving initiatives to successful outcomes independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
