We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiting Specialist to join our talent & operations team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to execute strategies that ensure Opal attracts and hires top talent across technical and non-technical functions such as engineering, product, GTM, and customer success. You’ll work closely with the hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders to deliver a world-class candidate experience and ensure every hire contributes to our vision of building the future of identity security.
In this role, you’ll be joining an experienced team with direct experience building through massive growth at companies like ScaleAI, Datadog, Airtable, and Amplitude. On the back of this experience and our success to date, we’ve raised over $32M from leading investors including Greylock and Battery Ventures.
