Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Manager is responsible for managing, directing, executing, and controlling all elements of the task order. This candidate serves as the primary technical point of contact between the contractor and customers, and is responsible for coordinating all contractor technical activities related to the task order. The ideal candidate has a substantial background in leading the design, development, test, and life-cycle support of complex software. This is a contingent position expected to be located in Keyport, WA. The pay range for the position will be provided at the time the position is no longer contingent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical services in the development and system life-cycle support through system development, software application development, software modification, software support, software testing, system integration, cyber security, and systems administration. Services provided under this task order will be performed as part of a government/contractor Software Application Development and Support Team.
  • Utilize a Quality Control Program to ensure that services are completed in accordance with acceptable principles of internal control, and meet specified, acceptable levels of quality.
  • Obtain Information Technology services for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of IT infrastructures.
  • Manage deliverables and digital data. All data shall be developed, managed, used, and exchanged electronically to the greatest extent practicable.
  • Use Agile methods for team and work management.
  • Develop and submit to the government a Management Plan.
  • Comply with, and ensure that all subcontractors comply with, all applicable environmental federal, state, and local laws and regulations and Navy policies.
  • Manage contract performance to include CPARS.
  • Oversee management of employees to include performance, headcount, retention, utilization, morale, and risk.
  • Maintain company culture across the task order.
  • Accountable for the cost, schedule, performance, and quality of services offered to the customer.
  • Responsible for employee and customer retention.
  • Execution of all corporate policies, procedures, processes, and data calls.
  • Serve as an INDUS ambassador and exhibit our corporate core values through your engagement with customers, employees, and industry partners and vendors.
  • Bid and proposal support if requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • A favorably adjudicated T3 Investigation or T3R with no subsequent breaks in service greater than 24-months.
  • Certification: ISC2 Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) required.
  • At least five (5) years of experience building and managing software development teams.
  • Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or a related technical field desired.
