• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of product roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and success.
• Drive alignment and establish a unified, real-time view of project status through continuous dashboard enhancements and data-driven insights.
• Provide clear, transparent, and actionable status reports to stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
• Lead the identification and resolution of key project dependencies, collaborating with teams to establish efficient resolution strategies.
• Revamp and optimize processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications

• Career level years relevant experience in supporting the product management organization.
• Experienced in driving large cross-functional programs
• Ability to resolve conflicts and drive issues to resolution and escalate when necessary
• Understands and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
• An expert in communicating and collaborating with cross-functional team members to achieve goals - contributes positively to the team and organization
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Proficient with applications, tools, and methodologies used to organize, manage, report progress, and deliver programs and projects
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• A proven track record of being highly productive

Our Business Operations team serves as the backbone of the Network Security organization, driving operational efficiency to empower the Network Security group in directly advancing our mission to prevent cyberattacks. We are constantly innovating — challenging the way we, and the industry, think about cybersecurity.

Compensation Disclosure

​

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $195000/YR - $235000/YR.
