• Develop a deep understanding of software development environments, application infrastructure, languages and frameworks.
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and operating models for deployment and scale-out.
• Develop a compelling product strategy that leads to streamlined/automated deployment, optimal coverage of languages/frameworks, and compelling features across our platform.
• Own the complete product lifecycle, from strategy to user stories, product requirements, and definition of the product experience.
• Establish and track clear metrics and KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management/development experience.
• The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in software development and/or development operations(DevOps) background.
• An expert in software development environments, and technologies.
• A practitioner with hands-on experience developing, deploying, and/or testing software applications.
• Technical degree.
• Extremely detail oriented and organized. You should be able to work closely with engineering to prioritize, define, and manage delivery on an ongoing basis.
• An ability to use data to derive insights, measure impact and relentlessly prioritize.
• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment.
• Executive presence combined with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS products ideally in one or more of the following areas: Application & Cloud Infrastructure/Security, APM, XDR, CI/CD technologies.
• Experience in direct customer engagements.
• Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences, and executives.
• Experience with Agile and Lean development practices and rapid prototyping.
• Experience performing competitive and business analysis.

Salary and Other Compensation

This position’s standard base pay range is $190,000 - $220,000 annually. This position is also eligible for an equity package subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider several factors: geography, skill set, experience, job scope, and current market data.
