As our company grows, ZeroFox seeks a data-driven Marketing Operations Analyst who is eager to make a significant impact. Your responsibilities will revolve around data analysis, reporting, and providing actionable recommendations that will influence the optimization of our marketing efforts, driving business growth and improving engagement. You will work closely with Demand Generation, Intelligence, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and feel comfortable storytelling with data. They must be able to articulate and communicate technical concepts to a vast audience. The candidate must have previous experience in Marketo and Salesforce or comparable technologies. Being able to work with ambiguity and move quickly in a fast-paced environment is key.

Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities will revolve around data analysis, reporting, and providing actionable recommendations that will influence the optimization of our marketing efforts, driving business growth and improving engagement
  • Assist in developing robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring
  • Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to share relevant insights, highlight process bottlenecks and recommend areas of improvements
  • Develop strategies to improve data for marketing attribution reporting
  • Leverage data from various sources to identify customer segments and personas through data analysis to develop target lists and support targeted marketing programs
  • Assist in developing and reporting on KPI's for marketing performance
  • Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
  • Work with business intelligence team to produce and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact in a cohesive dashboard
  • Develop and maintain marketing operations processes and documentation
  • Other ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • We are looking for someone who can analyze data, identify trends and develop strategies to optimize our marketing efforts, all while working collaboratively with our marketing team
  • 2+ years' of hands on, day-to-day experience with MAP (ideally Marketo) as an admin or power user
  • 3+ years’ experience in analyzing and building data dashboards for ABM and campaign performance
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Superset, Power BI, Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc
  • Ability to work with large data sets to find usable information and draw insights
  • Ability to question and troubleshoot data
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Great follow through and follow up
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Initiative - When you see a problem or area that needs improvement, you act on it.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • This individual should also have a strong customer-centric mindset and be able to think critically and strategically about the customer experience
