At Forescout, the Business Development Team is critical to the success of our sales strategy. We are excited to offer the opportunity for a high-energy, enthusiastic leader to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is equally passionate about people, processes, and data to build, develop, and lead our business development team. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will collaborate with leaders across sales and marketing to drive results.
Leveraging your expertise in sales development, lead generation, and leadership, you will implement repeatable processes, evolve the BDR playbook, and take full ownership of pipeline targets. Additionally, you'll build a culture of ownership, experimentation, iteration, and high performance by coaching and leading your team to achieve their best.
