The Boeing Company is seeking an Information Security Manager – Trade Controls to join our Global Trade Controls team.

This position can be located in Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; Seal Beach, CA; or Tukwila, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop/manage export information protection processes, requirements, standards, and guidance
  • Provide advisory support to IT&DA partners involving compliance requirements and associated AD&S activities
  • Develop/disseminate communication and training of trade control requirements when using information systems to promote awareness
  • Investigation of reported compliance incidents
  • Conduct audit/assessment of export compliance controls
  • Facilitate system access to data – ISO export classification validation

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or closely related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Information Security and/or Cybersecurity

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master’s degree in computer science
  • CISSP Certification
  • Aerospace and Defense industry experience
  • Familiarity with export compliance practices

Additional commentary

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $110,500-$159,850
