Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a HR Intern you will help in the execution of processes, procedures and programs within the HR organization, and will focus on HR metrics maintenance and data analysis.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Assists with the development and maintenance of reports to maximize the automation and utilization of the data in the HRIS systems.
  • Help with On-boarding new employees
  • Be able to come up with new ideas and solutions and implement them
  • Completes assigned projects associated with the Human Resources function.
  • Be detail-oriented and comfortable working with a lot of data
  • Ability to apply innovative solutions to moderately complex problems.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Have a strong desire to work in the HR function and grow

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or other related field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excel proficiency is a must!
  • To be able to work fulltime - 40 hours per week

Additional Information

This is a contract role, with hourly pay range of $17 to $20 per hour. The actual pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and US location.
