In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for Datadog’s Software Delivery product suite, driving innovation to address evolving customer needs. These products aim at several things: speed up processes of CI and testing, increase reliability of releases through CD monitoring and have developers use Datadog more in their day to day of coding and shipping by giving instant feedback as they code or on code reviews.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers to drive the growth and success of Datadog’s Software Delivery products.
- Develop a deep understanding of Software Delivery customers, use cases and competitors, especially in the CI/CD space.
- Understand day-to-day application developer needs and how Datadog can help them.
- Figure out a Developer First go to market motion for the Datadog Product Suite.
- Co-define and build the next generation of Software Delivery features to contribute to the Datadog unified platform and make advanced use cases accessible to all Datadog users.
- Collaborate with other Product teams in Datadog to maintain and improve Datadog products correlation and help customers identify incidents root cause, navigate through telemetry faster, and debug their code instantly.
- Partner with marketing and cross functional teams including sales, customer success, support teams and your own engineering team, to define Go-To-Market plans and strategy for Software Delivery features.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably with a developer-focused, including 2+ years managing a team of product managers.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, and developing product managers or engineers.
- Customer Partnership: Expertise in working on large-scale products and collaborating effectively with enterprise customers.
- Technical Expertise: A strong technical background that fosters trust with highly technical customers, engineers, and product managers.
- Product Development: Skilled in working with designers and engineers to launch and iterate on user-facing SaaS features, particularly in areas like administration or configuration tools.
- Developer Focus: Experience as a software engineer or product manager for developer tools, with a deep understanding of the development process and what delights developers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Success in leading complex, cross-team initiatives and delivering impactful features that span multiple products.
