Responsibilities

  • You will report to the SVP, Global Sales.
  • Provide full administrative support to three executives and their teams. Will work West Coast hours and SF Office presence required twice a week.
  • Manage calendars/travel/expenses
  • Plan for events, offsites, meetings and help with special projects.
  • Partner/coordinate with other EAs for scheduling
  • File and retrieve confidential corporate records, documents and reports

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Seven plus years of administrative experience with three of these years supporting Executives, within high tech or a fast- paced company.
  • Four year degree from an accredited College or University
  • Comprehensive communicator; both written and oral
  • Familiarity with administrative support tools (Gsuite, Zoom, Excel, PPT, Slack)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Well-rounded work style, with some startup or small company experience
  • Proven ability to prioritize and organize
  • Manage schedules and different personalities of three Executives
  • Collaborative approach.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between 102000 USD and 128000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education. We would love for you to join us!
