Company Overview

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $155,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues with AWS hosted data platforms (ETL/ELT/Python/Snowflake/Tableau/Airflow, etc) in accordance with business SLAs.
  • Experience working in a 24x7 operational support rotation combined with offshore, near-shore data tech team members.
  • Manage incoming data related requests and promptly prioritizing and resolving a wide range of data pipeline, reporting and access related inquiries. Resolution may include in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, and working with other internal teams.
  • Experience designing, building and operating robust data systems with reliable monitoring and logging practices.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Data Operations/Production Environment/ SRE Support experience, 3+ years of experience with AWS, Snowflake, DBT/Python, Airflow, Tableau, CI/CD tools.
  • Own end-to-end production-level data operations tasks including tickets management, data pipeline processes, and access related requests (automated/manual) from multiple teams.
  • Lead the development of standards and procedures to maximize Database and reporting platform’s performance, scalability, resilience, Role Based Access Control, security and data integrity.
  • Design, implement and run resilient highly available solutions; Implement monitoring, data health check and access security attestation scripts;
  • Use modern ‘infrastructure as code’ and orchestration tools to reduce manual operations where practically possible.
  • Be available during the on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification - AWS SysOps Administrator - Associate OR AWS Developer -- Associate.
