Overview
Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager. The selected individual will join a collaborative team environment where they will provide expertise and guidance for the project, including defining the projects objectives, and assist in coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver the project according to plan. Key to the success of this position is the successful delivery of projects and effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting project status.

Responsibilities
- Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same migration system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level COR and COTRs, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
- Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in projects of similar size and complexity.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years general IT experience.
- 6 years cybersecurity experience.
- Must possess a DOD Secret Clearance, and be eligible for an IT-II upon assignment.
- Strong knowledge of NIST 800-82 Rev 2, and Purdue Model.
- Must possess certification meeting the DOD 8570.01 IAM level III.
- Must possess a Risk Management Professional credential.
- Must possess a PMP or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of RMF.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
