• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for cloud (AWS/Azure) infrastructure and applications.
• Work with application teams to create secure architecture designs and improve security posture.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing.
• Monitor security logs and respond to security incidents.
• Continuously evaluate and improve security posture.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with cloud security for infrastructure and applications.
• Extensive experience with AWS/Azure security practices.
• Strong understanding of security concepts, including network security, identity and access management, application security, and data protection.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
• Experience with security and compliance automation using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with security and risk assessment methodologies and tools (CSPM, CNAPP).
• Highly self-motivated, highly available, and driven to exceed colleague expectations.
• Ability to think critically and logically under pressure.
• Strong technical experience with proven history of troubleshooting complex, cross segment, cross office, and cross team problems.
• Demonstrates the organization’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm’s culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• AWS Certified Security - Specialty Certification.
• AWS Certified Solution Architect.
• AWS and/or Azure certifications preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
