As we expand our footprint, we seek a dynamic Channel Manager to drive success with our strategic partner, Ernst & Young (EY).

The Channel Manager specializing in the EY channel will be responsible for building and managing the strategic partnership with EY. This individual will be the primary liaison between 1Kosmos and EY, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, developing sales pipelines, and ensuring mutual business success. This role requires a combination of relationship management, sales enablement, and strategic thinking to maximize the value of the EY partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at EY, including partners, consultants, and sales teams.
  • Manage the 1Kosmos EY channel pipeline and be responsible for a quota assigned to the EY Channel.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all interactions between 1Kosmos and EY.
  • Collaborate with EY to design and implement joint go-to-market strategies that align with both organizations’ goals.
  • Identify and develop joint solutions, campaigns, and offerings to drive customer value.
  • Educate and enable EY’s sales teams on 1Kosmos’ solutions, value propositions, and differentiators.
  • Provide training, collateral, and support to ensure successful engagement with mutual clients.
  • Work closely with EY teams to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the 1Kosmos sales team to manage the joint sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the EY channel partnership, including KPIs such as revenue, pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of the partnership.
  • Collaborate with 1Kosmos marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on EY’s requirements and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, communicating feedback and insights from EY to internal teams.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in channel management, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably in cybersecurity or identity verification.
  • Skills:
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with EY teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with EY’s business model, consulting services, and industry positioning is highly desirable.
  • Education: An MBA is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of cybersecurity, digital identity, or related technologies is preferred.
