What we are looking for:

Semperis is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Administrator to oversee and maintain the core CRM, revenue, and peripheral systems essential to our business operations. This role requires a technical expert with a background in CRM administration, a deep understanding of revenue systems, and experience across a diverse range of tools, integrations, and project management. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation, data integrity, and functionality of all business systems, enabling the company to achieve its revenue and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain system processes across core CRM and other critical applications.
  • Manage user onboarding and system access, ensuring seamless and secure integrations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, upgrade components, and modify fields, layouts, permissions, and automation as needed.
  • Oversee cross-system credentials, with a focus on security verification and single sign-on (SSO).
  • Train revenue-engaging users on system functionalities and provide support for daily tasks.
  • Ensure 100% data reliability, preventing disruptions in revenue-impacting processes.
  • Develop and implement standard and custom integrations across departments to meet reporting and business process needs.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end workflows to support core business objectives.
  • Build and maintain custom objects, apps, and workflows, operating effectively in both Sandbox and Production environments.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a sole administrator in systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Marketo Measure (e.g., Bizible), Netsuite, Xactly, Clari, and productivity tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Proficiency with data acquisition tools (e.g., D&B, Zoominfo), contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Docusign), Salesforce CPQ, Partner Channel Portal, and Customer Experience Portals.
  • Strong skills in Excel, territory planning tools, call center management (e.g., Aircall), and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Experience with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), 3rd-party integration (e.g., Workato), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike), PSA tools (e.g., ServiceNow), sales intelligence tools (e.g., Gong), Apex, and HTML.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, particularly in implementing and leading technology change initiatives.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ability to assess future business needs, perform cost-benefit analyses, and make recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Collaborate on the procurement and security evaluation of technology acquisitions that impact key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue systems.
