We support law enforcement and civilian agencies to disrupt criminal operations, reduce illicit activity, recover funds for victims, and investigate cases that involve digital assets.
Our Account Executives for the public sector have existing and trustworthy reputations within government customers and prospects, and understand how to navigate complex procurement processes. As an Account Executive, you'll build Chainalysis' business within the Department of Defense.

Responsibilities
- Exceed your quota through strategic and relentless prospecting and development of your sales pipeline
- Help develop compelling product positioning and messages to specific to the DoD's mission, competitive drivers, sales channels, and more
- Build relationships with customers based on trust and transparency resulting in network referrals that ultimately build Chainalysis’ brand awareness
- Create and execute go-to-market plans that result in predictable and increasing quarterly forecasts
- Build a diverse pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent and accurate forecasting
- Establish relationships across departments at Chainalysis allowing you to provide expert advice to prospects related to technical concepts, product roadmaps, solutions implementations, training, and more.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- A background in SaaS sales focused on customers and prospects in the US Department of Defense; specific National Security sales experience preferred (investigations, proprietary data, or cybersecurity knowledge a plus)
- Experience leading the entire sales process from discovery calls to contract negotiation to closing deals
- Experience dealing with systems integrators, resellers, distributors and other partners to extend our reach in the local market
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Top Security Clearance (preferred)
